Relinquish Timeshare Unit

Use this form if you are giving up your timeshare unit. It is applicable for both MEMBERS and SHAREHOLDERS.

Relinquish of Share(s)

Use this form if you are a SHAREHOLDER and you want to completely relinquish your share.

Method of Payments

Check here for the ways you can issue payments to Paradise Beach Villas. If you choose the credit card option, the form to be used is found here.

Transfer of Unit and Share

This form is to be used when you want to transfer your timeshare unit or your share(s) to another person.

Change Information

This form is to be used for the following requested changes to the lease:

Divorce – Death – Marriage – Addition or removal of owner – Change of mailing address – Change of email address – Personal

Change of Beneficiary

Use this form for change of the beneficiary / beneficiaries on your lease

Rental Agreement

Please read the details of the program in the form on this page or contact the Reservations Department at the Resort for further details.

Resale Agreement

This form is to be used when you want to transfer your timeshare unit or your share(s) to another person.

Guest Authorization

This form is to be filled in by member to authorize a guest to use the member’s unit for a certain week. The form needs to be fill in for each week/unit.

Inhouse Banking Form

This form is to be filled in by the member to switch week of member unit with Paradise Beach Villas. The form needs to be fill in for each week/unit

Resale Agreement

This form is to be used when you want to transfer your timeshare unit or your share(s) to another person.
