For members from week #11 to week #27 in 2020 whose travel plans were curtailed because travel to Aruba was closed to visitors, we were able to offer them up to 2023 to redeem their weeks. There was a total of approximately 1800 weeks involved and up to the present moment, regretfully less than 200 weeks are confirmed for redemption.

If we continue at this pace, with our available inventory, we will not be able to satisfy all the outstanding weeks in the timeframe. Therefore we need to hear from you as soon as possible so we can reduce this backlog. We made a commitment to hold our limited inventory until 2023 in order to fulfill our promise but we will be unable to extend this deadline as it affects the Resort’s ability to generate additional room rental income which adversely impacts the maintenance fees.

Remember that we are a sold out timeshare Resort with no inventory in the High Season so the period for redemption is between week #17 and week #49. So, flexibility in your travel plans is necessary.
