Where are you located?

Paradise Beach Villas is located on Eagle Beach approximately halfway between the main city of Oranjestad and the Palm Beach hotel area

How do I get from the Airport to the Resort?

The Airport is 8 miles / 13 kilometers from the Resort and takes about 15 minutes in normal traffic. No private shuttles are allowed but taxis are easily available and the one-way cost varies between $20 and $30 per trip depending on the day and time.

General transportation information

For Public transport, there is a bus stop direct in front of the Resort.  Fares are currently $2.60 per person one-way but are subject to change

There are several Car Rental agencies to choose from and the Concierge located in the main lobby will be delighted to assist you

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 11.a.m. A late check out may be arranged with the Front Desk and is subject to availability

What is the Housekeeping schedule?

Daily service consists of making beds, emptying trash and changing towels. Additional full cleaning service is available for a fee.

Are there exercise facilities?

Yes, there is an exercise room

Laundromats are available for use in each building. They are token-operated and token machines are located in the laundromats

What Food and Beverage facilities are available at Paradise Beach Villas?

We have the Tiki Bar and Restaurant, a causal poolside restaurant serving breakfast and lunch and a selection of Caribbean cocktails; Asi es mi Peru serves lunch and dinner; La Terrazza Italiana is open lunch and dinner and, during the day, the 1511 Coffee Boutique offers a selection of specialty coffees, slushes and pastries

Are pets allowed at the Resort?

No. Pets are not allowed at the Resort

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed the suites but in the public areas only

Does Paradise Beach Villas provide wheelchairs and handicapped equipment?

Wheelchairs and generic handicapped equipment are available at the Resort but stocks are limited. We suggest you advise us of your requirements prior your stay to check availability. There are providers of specialized equipment on the island that we can put you in contact with

Are rollaway beds, baby high chairs and cribs available?

Yes. These items are available with applicable daily rates and we advise you to contact us in advance to reserve them

Is WiFi available?

WiFi is available around the Resort and in the suites at no charge. A password is issued on arrival

What is the electrical voltage?

110V – 60 cycles

Is there parking at the Resort?

Free parking is available
